Stacey D. Lafferty has been an active trial and transactional lawyer in Connecticut since 2001. Attorney Lafferty’s background is generally based; however, devoted largely to personal injury, civil litigation, real estate, probate, and education.

Attorney Lafferty grew up in Madison, Connecticut where she attended Daniel Hand High School, graduating in 1994. From there, she attended the University of Maryland, College Park, earning two Bachelors of Arts degrees, one in Government and Politics and the other in Spanish. She came back to Connecticut after completing her undergraduate studies in 1998 to attend Quinnipiac University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2001. While in law school, Attorney Lafferty was a member of the Quinnipiac Law Review.

Attorney Lafferty established Lafferty Law Firm, P.C. in Madison, Connecticut in 2009. She is licensed in the State of Connecticut and admitted before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. She is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, Middlesex Shoreline Association of Realtors and Business Networking International.

On a personal level, she volunteers her time as a board member of the Killingworth Women’s Organization, a nonprofit organization serving her local community. She also coaches mock trial teams at the high school level.
